I stayed for 2 nights and I liked there. Check in/ out process was fast and easy. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Dinner was also good. Wasn’t crowded. Room for one was spacious. Only thing, you can hear the traffic if window is open.

First of all, I had posted a review of the check in process that was very critical. That was meant for ANOTHER hotel! I was confused. The check in was great and ability to find the property without an issue. So, the Grein provided a very enjoyable stay with very genial and accommodating staff. The restaurant provided excellent meals and service, a delightful breakfast. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the city center which is a delight.

Close to the centre of town and easy access to the road network. Parking was good, rooms tidy and staff friendly.

Good location for driving, clean and tidy with no fuss. Parking did get very busy and tight on one day when people were allowed to park in the middle making it difficult to get the car out.

This property seems to be a hidden gem. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The included breakfast was a reasonably sized buffet with hot and cold items.

Great place to stay
Great location, great service,, staff very helpful and knowledgeable about property and location of available attractions .Plenty of parking. Very good price. Would like second pillow per person and nicer towels. Fridge was available in the room, but not working, we figured it was not plugged in, it was great to have it, but it would be even better that it was cold. If I need to stay in Rzeszow again, would stay there again,

Not a bad stay at all
The hotel itself lists itself as a 3 star which is fair overall. My twin room was a little tired and dated and the towels could have done with some conditioner when washed but it was clean and comfortable. Equally unimportant when you are only there for a night's sleep but the decor might not be to everyone's taste. On the other hand the staff were super polite and helpful and the set dinner (for that evening) nothing sort of superb (and amazing value for money!!). Would I stay there again? If on business, without a doubt, Yes

This hotel was amazing! Fast friendly service, and dinner at the hotel was great. Breakfast was included and they have many choices. We will be back!

Disgusting and Dirty
Warning: The rooms are filthy, the bed sheets are not changed between hotel guests. I saw hair everywhere on the bed as soon as I walked in so I was given a different room as a result. In the second room the curtains wouldn't close and they are broken about 1/3 of the way. So hello to neighboor peeping Tom. Still, I'd rather have that than vile, reused, hairy bed sheets. Luckily I don't have to choose and I fled to a different hotel. By the by, the gentleman at the reception REFUSED to give me a refund after being there for only 10 minutes and offered me a third room instead. A third room? No thanks. I'd recommend Hotel Best Western Ferdynand or Hotel Zimowit. Both are clean as a whistle. This is my first review for anything in my life but I've had it with Hotel Grein. We'll see if I get a refund after Expedia talks to the 'manager' on Wednesday. Nevertheless it's the principle. Hairy bedsheets for $50 bucks a night?! Why doesn't he sleep in them...Enjoy.

Immer wieder gerne
Obwohl das Hotel in der Stadt gelegen, konnte man doch mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Hotel ist sauber die Mitarbeiter achten auf die Einhaltung der Corona Regeln Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut.

Hotel to czy klasztor?
Miejsce jest dosyć ładne i staranne ale co do diabła robią tam jakieś symbole religijne? To hotel tylko dla katolików? Serwowanie krzyża nad drzwiami i pobożnych książeczek na stole gościom, którzy płacą za pobyt i mogą nie chcieć sobie takich symboli, jest co najmniej w złym tonie.
