The Space:
This unique 34 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people. Bright, functional interiors provide a high level of comfort. The cozy, bright decor fills you with peace and introduces a homely atmosphere. Tastefully selected accessories give it a modern and unique character. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The living area delights with its comfort, where a comfortable, soft sofa with a sleeping function for two people invites you to relax and rest. Large windows overlooking the balcony let in plenty of natural light, and the bright, harmonious colors add warmth to the interior. The spacious balcony equipped with garden furniture is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors with a view of the city. The kitchenette is a great place to prepare home-cooked meals. All household appliances are of the highest quality, ensuring not only elegance, but also functionality. The bedroom is cozy and has a comfortable double bed, which ensures rest and regeneration after a day full of challenges. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine, which increases the comfort of each stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia such as a flat-screen TV with Smart TV function, as well as access to Wi-Fi. To start off, guests are provided with free toiletries, towels and bed linen.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located near the centre of Rzeszów, on Major Wacław Kopisto Avenue. The unique location of the building on the Wisłok River itself, guarantees proximity to nature and many unique paths for walking and spending time outdoors. Nearby, there are the Rzeszów Boulevards, the Park of Culture and Leisure, a skatepark and a stadium. The nearest bus stops, located only 120 metres from the building, will allow for quick and efficient travel around the city by public transport. A well-developed retail and service infrastructure ensures comfort during any stay. Surrounding shops such as Lidl (450 m) or Żabka (450 m) will allow you to stock up on all necessary purchases. The large shopping mall Millenium Hall (500 m) is also a little further away. Thanks to the excellent restaurants and cafés located near the apartment, our guests will be able to enjoy a delicious meal and have a good time. The nearest establishments are Domino's Pizza (180 m), Molto (220 m) and Anatomiakawy (500 m). It takes only 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus to reach Rzeszów Główny train station.
