"Room was excellent, only very slight issue was a sticky mark on one of the bedside tables, but that was minor in the grand scheme of things. Decent size room, heating was required as outside temp was cold and it worked well. Shower and bathroom excellent, and the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on - wish I could get one shipped back to the UK! Bar area is warm and welcoming and the staff were all excellent, gladly speaking English as I couldn’t speak Dutch unfortunately. Aisha on check-in was fantastic and gave me all the info I needed. Location is excellent, centre of Eindhoven a ten min drive away, and PSV campus the same which is what I went for (football game). 100% would go back again. "

"Absolutely brilliant hotel, best hotel i have stayed in for a while and i travel a lot. Very good value for a relatively cheap price for a stay Very clean and spacious. All the staff are very helpul and friendly and cant do enough for you. Excellent amenties, pool, sauna, gym and even a lounge where you can play pool, air hockey and table football Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town. Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally."

"Be warned there are a lot of steep stairs, we were in the royal suite. But it’s well worth the climb, a beautiful huge room with very comfortable beds & a lovely bathroom, views over the rooftops. Staff kindly valet parked the car (extra cost but worth it) & carried our bags up & down the stairs Good options for breakfast, we sat outside. Staff were very helpful & friendly "

"Absolutely fabulous stay. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe double which was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. As the hotel is a short walk from the centre it was extremely quiet. The garden looked lovely and would be welcome in the summer months Everything was perfect. "
