"I picked this particular hotel due to its 1 minute walking distance to the plaza and other places of interest. The staff and the room did not disappoint. The bed was wonderful and so comfy. There could be brighter lighting above the vanity and more transparency regarding the lack of an elevator to the second floor rooms."

"Pueblo Bonito has an authentic vintage southwest decor and vibe …nicely decorated and comfortable. There are several outdoor areas on the property to enjoy alfresco coffee and/or other snacks. The indoor lobby and lounge area also very comfortable with a fun decor …books and games available. Coffee and a nice mix of teas and light snacks in the morning and during the day. Very walkable only 10 minute walk to central plaza or the railroad district in the opposite direction…the State Capitol Building with an amazing art collection is only a block away. Many options for dining. The staff was most helpful…the manager, Sam, was great, very accommodating to our schedule and needs, providing friendly advice on what to see and where to eat. We will definitely return."

"Nice hotel well located in Santa Fe. Our room had very loud a/c as did 2 others in our group. The valet was hit and miss as sometimes there was nobody around or they were understaffed. One person at the reception desk was nice when we checked in. However, another staff member was not willing to extend a late checkout from 11 AM to 12 noon. A bit disappointing. The pool area is very nice and we enjoyed hanging out in the lounge."

"If you are planning to use the hotel L-2 charger let me warn you that it does not exist. What they have is a 120V outlet and as they explained to me their assumption is that you carry your charger in the trunk ( Pls dont laugh) You have many options in Santa Fe so no worries but I wanted to warn all EV owners about it"
