"Spacious and comfortable room, very clean. Staff so welcoming and kind. Buffet breakfast was great, some items rotate every other day so it’s not exactly the same. Pools were beautiful, we came during the windy season so we swam in the 4th floor infinity pool. Casino was fun and hotel is located conveniently across from Ocean Park and SM Seaside. We travelled with one 5 year old so we ordered taxis to get around easily. Will be returning,"

"The hotel is in the historical downtown area of Cebu. You will find many guests from overseas. However the area around it is a not rough. We didn’t find the breakfast appealing either."

"I chose this hotel for its location. It is within walking distance of the places where I wanted to visit. There is a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Also I found the food in the restaurant to be great and reasonably priced. I had a very early checkout and the kitchen staff prepared me some food to go as I would miss the breakfast service. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Cebu City."

"The hotel is perfect. The aria is old and very busy. But if you want to see the old center and the Basilica the Santo Ninõ. Or go to the boat Pier 1. Than I would advise this hotel. "

"Unexpectedly impressed with this hotel. Clean and low cost rate and easy access to tourism landmarks and transportations. Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and worth adding when staying here. Though would request adding favorite local Pilipino breakfast favs such as daing ( fry dry fish ) fruits ( banana ) local chorizo. I recommend this place and will return to stay here in the future."

"A hip modern style budget hotel. Needing to be close to the bus station, it was convenient, but Colon and Carbon are kind of a rough part of Cebu. Big bed, good smart TV, good air conditioning, and good WiFi. I would suggest normal bed pillows instead of the strange foam ones. Also there was no shampoo offered. "

"This hotel too old noyvworth your money look elsewhere. Very dark and quite along the street very scary you can't go out. No restaurant within this hotel."

"This was my 2nd time staying in the San Remo Residence and we always have an amazing few days. The place is cleaned and well equipped especially for us that we like to cook and eat in the condo to save. The guards are very friendly and the management are very accommodating.
