"This place is within walking distance to Shibuya Crossing and all the shopping centers. Only go taxis for a couple of further tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful when making taxi cab reservations and translating. Would definitely comeback."

"This hotel is wonderful. It’s quiet and clean. Room service is daily. Staff is friendly and speaks English really well. They allow you to hold your bags if you have an early or later flight. I don’t know how anyone could give a bad review for this hotel. We had room 303, and there were no sounds like others had complained. You can adjust air conditioning, and we never had it on high during August. Very good air conditioning. I liked that there was no carpeting and wood floors instead. Beds were comfy and super clean. There were two beds and a couch for us. It was a perfect stay. Great location! Very happy with our stay."
