"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill!
