Every was nice... staff hotel condition... food... buffet... bathroom clean... nice living room... jus the water it was so hard to get it to warm so we can shower... sometimes its hot sometime its cold... we couldnt get it to warm....

Very comfortable room, location 400m away from town square. Quiet & Shielded away from city noise. Breakfast is also very good.

Highlights - The highlight was our upgrade to an executive room with a balcony that overlooks the mountain. The view was awesome. The staff spoke very good English, they were attentive each time we made a request eg extra pillows, extended check outs,immediately made our room when we returned after we forgot to turn off the dnd switch The small touches also counts, each time we sat at the lobby we were served tea, the concierge was quick to pick up our luggage even without asking and not expecting anything in return. Another highlight would be the free drinks and tapas to celebrate new year's eve. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Suggestions - Breakfast has a sufficient spread but the tidiness and selection can be improved as they cooked exactly the the same food for the four days stayed. Coffee was a small pot and always empty. It is probably not a good idea for another hotel supervisor to also be eating and chatting with the service staff while the other guests tables needed some attention to clear up.

적극 추천합니다. 호텔 1층 후문을 통하면 사파광장으로의 접근도 편합니다. 전반적인 룸컨디션이나 뷰 도 매운 좋습니다. 특히 조식에 제대로된 "김치"가 나옵니다. ^^ 직원들도 친절하고, 얼리체크인도 가능한 범위내에서 친절하게 도와줍니다.

A great stay in Sapa

Hotel is in a great location just away from the main hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to walk to (such as the Fansipan cable car). Upon check in they were extremely helpful and welcoming. We booked a room with a balcony and it did not disappoint, beautiful views over the mountains to wake up to - would recommend upgrading. Room amenities were great, kettle, hairdryer, safe, fridge and stocked toiletries. Breakfast was great with all sorts of Asian choices, just seemed cold if you got there later. Evening meal was so-so, reminded us of what we could have got for breakfast. Had a slight issue with the service at the spa when getting a massage, however when this was raised with hotel management they were extremely apologetic and stated they had spoken to the spa staff so hopefully the next customers that go will have a better experience. Overall would recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Sapa!

Pistacchio is 4 stars hotel, I expected good service but I little upset. When I came, I was tired because of the fight and long drive, but no welcome drink, and when I finished check in, the guy told me that I could go to the room now, no bellman to help me to carry my luggage, I had to did it by myself, I and my mom had to carry 3 luggage to the room. So upset about it, the staff, some is friendly, some not

관광지와 가깝고 적당히 거리가 있어 조용하며, 깨끗하고 분위기있고 넓은 실내 . 적극 추천드립니다. 가성비도 좋음. 방음도 어느 정도 됩니다 저는 항상 여행가면 새벽까지 음악틀고 술한잔 하는데 문틀 바닥을 직접 막은 다음 체크 해보니 소리도 새어나가지 안더군요

Etablissement d'une excellente propreté, chambre très grande et bien agencée avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Quartier calme où il est facile de trouver de très bons restaurants. Personnel toujours à l'écoute Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon. Equipements parfaits (piscine, SPA,etc.) C'est le meilleur hôtel où j'ai logé au Vietnam et qui m'a fait un excellent cadeau de départ. Si vous allez à Sapa, allez à Pistachio Hotel Sapa : c'est le meilleur choix.
