We stayed at the hotel in their second week of opening, in an off-peak season. Although the hotel's operations were not completely set up yet, the staff and manager made up for it with their zealousness to make sure that everything went well. Room had a nice view, and was very clean. Breakfast is simple, yet good. Hotel is nicely situated at walking distances to famous restaurants in Sapa, and is also about 2km away from Cat Cat village. Good place and value for money overall!
Very good hotel, good service, and staff very helpful and mild service. if you go to Sapa this hotel is a good choice and if I come back to Sapa again I’ll book here. Thank you for your good service :) / JJ - Thailand
We booked room with Mountain View, comes with a small balcony, room is comfy and quiet as the room is in a corner. However shower is tricky as water leaks out and floor outside cubicle can get quite wet. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived (from train) at 8am so we went out despite tiredness from traveling. Receptionist also did not text to let us know if room was ready earlier even tho this was promised when we left. Hotel is in a little street so need to walk 3mins (sometimes up slope) to the main area for transport/food/shopping. Overall though a good experience and trip in Sapa.
Staff were so friendly and nice. Really good location to centre of Sapa. The walls to rooms are thin so noise travels but this was the only downside to what was a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast buffet was also good. Loved the view from our room over the mountainside. Overall, a gem of a hotel for the price.
Excellent service at reception plus Bell boy waited outside the other lane to carry our luggages all the way up to our room.Hotel was in a small lane but no issue.worth to pay alit more to have mountain view .good value n recommended.
Strategic location in SAPA town, secluded & quiet but not far from main road & street.
Furniture set up at dinning area is acceptable but not exactly the same as indicated in pictures of websites. For the room make up, it can be better if all the cleaners use proper carts to put the towels, bed sheets, etc. instead of put stuff on floor.
The hotel staff were brilliant. Unfortunetally, currently just about all the roads in the town are being excavated which made walking around difficult, not the hotels fault. Again not the hotels fault, but we had bad weather and so could not see the view.
We had mountain view rooms, which were lovely and a small balcony. The room and hotel were very comfortable but difficult to access due to the extreme road works out the front!

Location Location in Sapa
The Hotel is in an excellent location , the desk staff are very eager to impress and offer as much help as possible , the Bell boy goes above and beyond as there is NO vehicle access to the Hotel.
Our major issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room , as it is controlled by reception. Also the constant drop outs of the wi fi.
We had excellent "in house massages" at a very reasonable price.
Would we go back to this hotel ? No we would prefer a little more luxury and AIR Conditioning and Wi Fi
