Cozy and bright villa with an extensive garden and a private 8x4 m pool, located in the peaceful and exclusive residential area of Crestatx, between Sa Pobla and Pollença. It is the perfect setting for those seeking peace and nature, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollença.

The property is laid out on a single floor, offering a very functional and comfortable design. It features a spacious living–dining room with direct access to the porch, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms —two with double beds and one with twin beds— and two full bathrooms. The house is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, Internet, satellite TV, DVD player and a music system.

Outside, the villa stands out for its exceptionally large garden, an ideal space for children to play freely.
