Charming apartment with a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch the large satellite TV. Integrated kitchen in the large living-dining room, equipped for culinary moments and a table for 4 people where you can enjoy meals in the best company. Rooms equipped for your comfortable rest with air conditioning, one of them with two single beds and a room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom with shower is located in the hallway next to the room with two single beds.

Our guests have exclusive access to a shared rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying appetizers or delicious meals.

Perfect apartment in the city center

Modern and spacious. Stocked with every appliance one would need while on vacation. Directly in the heart of Sa Pobla. Check-In / Check-Out couldn’t be any easier. Very nice! Water heater sometimes pops the main fuse / doesn’t work all the time.

Loved the property and location.

Visited Mallorca for the first time with family and staying at this property made it more special. The owner was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and recommended good places. Apartment is located about a block from a lovely plaza where is very lively specially on Sundays when locals farmers bring fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. The apartment was very modern, super clean and spacious. We loved that it had private parking inside a private gated lot. We would stay here again for sure.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans ce logement, en famille. Logement fidèle à la description, beaucoup d’espace dans la pièce à vivre et grandes chambres avec salle de bain. Hôtes réactifs, qui nous ramènent la chaise bébé à 20h passée. Petites boissons à notre arrivée. Seul petit bémol, dont les autres ne sont pas responsable beaucoup de bruit ( petite rue avec pas mal de passage ) et fenêtres, peu isolées.

Mi opinión.

El apartamento es muy amplio, con un salón-cocina integrados y un mobiliario sencillo pero funcional. La habitación principal con el lavabo y la ducha integrados en el dormitorio dan mucha amplitud, pero el inodoro independiente te da la intimidad necesaria. Lo peor es el tema de la basura. Es un poco rompecabezas como lo gestiona el municipio. No hay contenedores en el pueblo y creo que pasan a recogerla puerta a puerta, pero no he entendido dónde hay que dejarla y cuando pasan a recogerla. Por otro lado haría falta un par de sartenes en condiciones.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sehr in Ordnung, bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten: • Die Nutzung des Wasserkochers war nicht möglich, da bei Nutzung die Sicherung herausgesprungen ist. Wir hatten das reklamiert, es konnte allerdings nicht repariert werden. • Der Geschirrspüler heizt und trocknet nicht und riecht nach Schimmel, was wohl durch das nicht heizen und nicht trocken bedingt ist. • Die Ablufthaube über der Kochplatte funktioniert nicht. • Der Öffner für das Tor zu den Parkplätzen funktioniert nicht, das Tor musste jeweils mit Eingabe des Codes geöffnet werden. • Es gab nur ein Geschirrtuch für eine Woche, das ist eindeutig zu wenig. • Spültücher fehlten gänzlich. • Handtücher und Badetücher gab es nur eines pro Person für eine ganze Woche. Das ist nicht besonders hygienisch. Die Wohnung ist an sich komfortabel und der zugehörige Parkplatz und die Nähe zum Zentrum sind Vorteile. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass von der hinterlegten Kautiion ein Betrag abgezogen wurde, worüber keine Abrechnung erteilt wurde. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass mit dem Abzug die Stromkosten beglichen wurden. Das ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber wir hatten keine Möglichkeit den Stromverbrauch durch Zählerablesung nachzuvollziehen. Die nachträglich übersandten Fotos von den Zählerständen sind zwar hilfreich, aber es wäre seröser, wenn man sich selbst vor Ort von den Zählerständen überzeugen könnte, so wie wir das von vielen anderen gebuchten Ferienwohnungen kennen.

Ottimo appartamento, dotato di tutto il necessario, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, stendibiancheria, ferro e asse da stiro, pastiglie detersivi vari, microonde, forno, frigorifero, piano cottura a induzione, bollitore, tostapane, caffè americano, climatizzatore, tv con possibilità nteflix, prime video, etc, persiane più tende alle finestre, ascensore e parcheggio sotto casa. Via silenziosa e centro vicinissimo così come mercato, panettiere, negozi, supermercati, etc. La posizione ottima per girare l'isola e vicino anche alle spiagge

l'appartamento è meraviglioso e completo di ogni confort

siamo stati lì a Sa pobla per andare a trovare mio figlio che lavora ad Alcudia, facilmente raggiungibile in macchina a soli 15 min. completo di ogni confort, dall'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ,cosa che col caldo che faceva ci ha fato molto piacere, alla lavatrice , lavastoviglie, stendino ecc.....ci siamo trovati benissimo persino il parcheggio privato con tanto di telecomando per accedervi!!Sublime... lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. se dovessimo mai tornarci lo risceglierei altre 100 volte anche solo per la pulizia che aveva...top!! ecco l'unica cosa che mi mancava era una caffettiera italiana , ma capisco non si può accontentare tutti ... consigliato al 100%100

Très bel appartement spacieux, propre, refait à neuf avec tout le nécessaire. literie confortable, machine à laver, cafetière verseuse. À notre arrivé nous avions eu bouteille d eau, jus de fruit, soda... parking sécurisé à côté de l'appartement. Immeuble de 2 étage avec ascenseur À proximité de la place principale de Sa Pablo, avec des restaurants, pizza et pâte à emporter... le quartier est animé le week-end.

Tolle Wohnung in Sa Pobla

Wir haben uns in der grossen, schlicht aber schön eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns ein paar Snacks, eine Flasche Wein, gekühtles Wasser & Saftpäckchen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Sehr angenehm war, das wir unser Mietauto direkt im Parkplatz nebenan abstellen konnten. Sa Pobla ist ein kleines, im Mai noch ruhiges Städtchen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Von hier aus kann man die unterschiedlichsten Tagesauflüge planen. Danke, für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Zentraler und spanischer Ort

Anfangs kalt dann warm, wunderbare Zeit auf Mallorca. Sa Pobla hat wenig Touristen und man kann den spanischen Alltag mitleben. Nette Bars, kleine Geschäfte, schöner Markt. Gute Restaurants. Günstiges Essen und Trinken. Apartment hat Sonnenterasse und liegt im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, daher ruhig obwohl nur 30m vom Zentrum. Gerne wieder.
