    Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood, Villa Verde Subach is a beautifully redecorated villa in Crestatx, blending sleek modern comfort with timeless island charm. Spacious, light-filled and impeccably styled, it offers plenty of room to relax, unwind and enjoy a genuinely peaceful escape.



    The villa comprises four generous bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, making it an excellent choice for a large family or group of friends. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, making cooking and entertaining effortless throughout the stay.



    Inside, high-speed fibre WiFi and Smart TVs feature in most rooms, ideal for streaming favourite shows, while the living room's impressive 75-inch Smart TV sets the stage for movie nights or watching major sporting events in comfort. Upstairs, a large balcony opens onto sweeping views over the surrounding countryside, a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.



    Outside, the villa offers a private oasis: a generous swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and plenty of sunny and shaded spots to lounge or dine. A brand-new top-of-the-range Weber Spirit barbecue makes al fresco meals effortless, while the surrounding grounds provide space and total seclusion.



    Perfectly located, Villa Verde Subach is just 35 minutes from Palma and the airport, with the charming towns of Pollensa under 10 minutes away and Alcúdia around 15 minutes, both offering beautiful beaches, historic streets and vibrant local markets.





    Please be aware:

    - A booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking.

    - When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person.

    - A refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking.

    - Heated pool available upon request with an additional weekly charge.

    - Free WIFI available.

    - Swimming pool dimensions: approximately 10m x 5m, with a depth of 1.5 metres.

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL VILLA

We celebrated my husband’s 70th here with all the family and it was the perfect setting. The pool is really large and accommodates everyone so lots of scope for fun, but it is also possible to have a really decent swim. The villa itself is beautiful and equipped to a very high standard. The luxury, the furnishings, the artwork, are second to none and you will never want for a kitchen/utility item that hasn’t already been thought of. It is totally secluded and private and has beautiful views. There are seating areas all over the villa, including a beautiful spot on the balcony, and you will never be without shade. The owners have kindly provided a highchair and travel cot for those with a young family. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will be going back. If there were to be a problem Balearic-Villas are so responsive and accommodating I cannot imagine it being one for long. We have no suggestions for improvement as it is great value for money in our opinion.

Villa Verde Subach

We had a fantastic 5 week stay at Villa Verde Subach, the villa was amazing, very private, spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was great and enjoyed by all. Location was good, although a car is required. Would definately recommend this villa.
