Location was good as well as the cleaning staff. Facility was in need of attention in some areas. Our shower was a problem for hot water and water pressure. Food was average, we had better food on the ski hill. And no shuttle service was disappointing!

Lovely property. Great breakfast. Very quiet. Beds were comfortable! It was a 15 minute drive from Zellefrow Am See, but the drive was beautiful.

My trip to Austeria(Saalbach)
The hotel was very nice. All staff were kind and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with different alternatives. Nice view and comfortable place outside. Close to other places like Zee Lam See and other places.

Really Outstanding Value
We booked this for a ski trip for a group of 8 work colleagues and it was a real pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel -- the included breakfast and dinner was of an excellent quality and generous quantity, and they even let us attend the tea sitting, and use the spa, after we'd checked out. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Attention to detail is really high on their agenda and the hotel is meticulously maintained. We'd definitely recommend, and I hope to return. The ski lift into Saalbach resort is walking distance, as are a few hire shops...

Really good, but not in my taste.
The hotel is good, but not really in my taste. The lady at the reception was Fantasticly Good and the room was spacious. The location us a little bit too far away from Saalbach, but this is naturally my own fault - I could've chosen another hotel, in the village.

Wir sind über Weihnachten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern ins Interstar Hotel gereist. Das inhabergeführte Hotel hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Essen sehr lecker. Die Zimmer modern und stylisch, aber von einfacher Qualität. Leider liegt das Hotel auf der „Schattbergseite“ von Saalbach in Vorderglemm. Dadurch lag das Hotel auch bei Kaiserwetter fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Es liegt auch sehr ruhig und zu Fuss braucht man ca. 45 Minuten bis Saalbach City. Positiv ist jedoch, dass es ganz in der Nähe der Schönleitenbahn liegt und man somit direkt mit dem gesamten Skigebiet verbunden ist. Auch der Fitness Raum und Wellnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Rundum hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und fühlten uns sehr wohl im Interstar. P.S. Im Winter sollte im Eingangsbereich besser gestreut werden. Es war gefährlich glatt.

Hotellet var i stortr sett OK. Det som vi var missnöjda med var maten (vi hade halvpension på hotellet). Middagar var av buffé-typ för det mesta, där den varma maten låg lång tid under lock och tappade det mesta av smak och konsistens. Frukost innehöll mycket gott men brödet var definitivt substandard när det gäller Österrike.

Några sommardagar på Interstar med barn
Tillbringade 4 dagar på Interstar med våra 3 barn, 3-9år. Vi valde halvpension och var klart positivt överraskade av kvaliteten på maten och personalens service nivå. Vi kände oss mycket välkomna med yngre barn. Bemötandet vid incheckning var exemplariskt med god information och ett glas prosecco. Vi har bara positivt att säga och kommer att boka kommande skidresa på samma hotell. Dock skriver de Free Wi-fi, men den är så långsam att det inte kan räknas som wi-fi.

Ski- in läget mkt bra. Dock är ski-out tveksamt eftersom man måste ta en buss 50m fr hotellet som går ibland var 20 min till närmaste lift. bussen tar ca 3 min. bra mat på hotellet. det ingår en after ski måltid vilket var positivt. övervägande trevlig personal. Spa avdelning krävde att man måste vara naken (vilket kändes märkligt). vi frågade dock receptionen om vi fick ha badkläder i bubbelpoolen vilket var OK men övriga gäster uttryckte då sitt missnöje. i bastu m m hade vi handdukar på oss.vi var där endast en gång pga kravet på nakenhet.

Dette hotellet hadde en meget god og personlig service. Hotell direktøren og hans stab kunne fra start vårt etternavn. De gjorde en feil med bookingen, men ordnet opp i dette på en god måte. Meget god frokost og middag. Fint og moderne innredet spisesal og resepsjon. Stor treningssal. Fint turområde for barnefamilier. På sommeren kan du gå i fjellet, sykle ned bakkene eller besøke en av aktivitetsområdene.
