Vacation apartment, 84sqm, 3 bedrooms and terrace

Unser ehemaliger Hof liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage ganz in der Nähe des Abstdorfer See (Moorsee) mit Freizeitgelände. Zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf unserem Hof leben noch Hühner und Katzen. Die Katzen freuen sich auf streicheleinheiten und Sie können auch gerne Eier von unseren Hühnern bekommen. Von uns aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berchtesgadener (Untersberg und Watzmann) und Salzburger Alpen. Die Weltkulturstadt Salzburg ist nur ca. 15 km entfernt. Es bestehen viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten z. B. Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee, Ruhpolding in den schönen Chiemgau, Österreich, Salzburger Land usw. Zu jeder Jahreszeit gibt es in unserer Region viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ob Bob und Rodel Weltcup am Königssee, Biathlon in Ruhpolding, die Salzburger Festspiele und weitere Kultur und Sportereignisse in der näheren Umgebung.
Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmern (welche auch auf Dreibettzimmer erweitert werden können) und einem Einzelzimmer. In der gemütlichen Wohnküche mit Eckbank, TV und Couch befindet sich eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Kühl- und Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Elektroherd, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Zwei Duschen und ein WC befinden sich auf der Etage. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher bzw. Geschirrtücher werden Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten sind bei Einzug bereits für Sie bezogen. ​Für unsere Gäste ist ein Gratis WLAN vorhanden. In der kompletten Ferienwohnung ist rauchen verboten. Waschmaschine (3 EUR) und Wäschetrockner (3 EUR) können gegen eine geringe Gebühr genutzt werden. ​In den warmen Jahreszeiten bietet Ihnen unsere Terrasse schöne und ruhige Abende zum Grillen und gemütlichen Beisammensein.

Excelente place and nice house

The house we stayed thruoght June 2024 holidays, is found envolved into the nature, in the middle of green fields where peace and calmness cohabit. We were very well welcomed by Kathi, showing herself always available and ready for everything we needed. It is a friendly and cozy house, with an excellent location. In a few minutes distant from Salzburg and famtastic views. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Herzliche Gastfreundschaft

Großzügige Unterkunft, sehr sauber , viel Platz , zentral gelegen für jede Menge Ausflüge, vom Schwimmen im See bis Kulturhighlight Salzburg, Museen, Brennereien, lokale Gaststuben. Und dazu selbstgemachte Marmelade der Gastgeberin, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine empfehlenswerte, sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit netten, unkomplizierten Gastgebern.

Zu jeder Zeit ein angenehmer Aufenthaltsort mit Wohlfühl-Charakter. Würde zu jederzeit dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.

zentrale und sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als Gastgeschenk findet man selbstgemachte Marmelade und Hühnereier direkt vom Hof. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Und vor allem ist der Hof sehr, sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann sehr gut entschleunigen. Von der Lage her ist es zwar nicht zentral gelegen, dennoch ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg und noch viele andere Ziele. Es war ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden diese Wohnung höchstwahrscheinlich nochmal buchen.

Prima woning

Een bovenwoning boven het huis van de eigenaresse. Vriendelijke ontvangen en ze is bereidwillig om hulp te geven. De slaapkamers zijn groot, de woonkamer daarentegen wat kleiner (vier/vijf personen is prima, meer wordt in de woonkamer krap). Je kan buiten zitten op het terras. Het is een landelijke omgeving. Salzburg is op 15/20 minuten te bereiken. Het huis is schoon (douches, wc enz.)

Sehr geräumig und sauber

Es ist eine sehr geräumige und saubere Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Zum kochen und waschen und für die Kinder zum spielen.Es ist viel Lesestoff da und auch ein Fernseher. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Frische Hühnereier kann man jederzeit bekommen und auch gute Ausflugstipps.Alles in Allem nur zu empfehlen.
