Room was clean as was the washroom. coffee was ready in lobby when we checked out at 430 am for our flight. Beds were very comfortable would book here again

Fairmont Empress
A beautiful hotel with a rich history! You can't beat the view of the harbor and location for activities. Plus, the Visitor's Center, harbor taxies and tour busses are all within a block. Few concerns: Dishwasher was not available. It's available only in the website. Bath tub was too high. Maybe, hard for elderly. Kitchen drawer (inside) not properly cleaned.
