Rooms we're a bit small but very comfortable and well planned. Nice big windows for looking out. Noticeably missing was a coffee maker, only a hot water pot was provided with instant 😫 yuck coffee. No English TV programs, other than news, not even subtitles in English for German TV programs. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Nice People and very good inn

The reception desk with the lady was the best way to Check-in and discussion. She gives me so much information about the City and trips. A 10+ out of 10 for her. The pillows were marvellous. The room was quiet and great Space to move. I will recommend to stay there.

My stay at Premier was fantastic. Check in was easy and very quick(helpful after a long morning of travel). The room was clean and exactly as pictured online. The staff was there to accommodate all requests for extra towels, directions to restaurants, and just general help. I especially want to that Micheal on the midnight shift. He helped me several times with the vending machine and was very friendly considering it was so late. I would definitely stay at premier again!

Schönes Zimmer, wenn auch zur Straße in der Nacht sehr laut (kein Kritikpunkt, ist immerhin mitten in der Innenstadt). Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Tatsache, dass uns bei Anreise am Vormittag gesagt wurde, die Zimmer stehen schon zur Verfügung, allerdings gegen Aufpreis von 15,- € pro Zimmer - nein Danke... das habe ich so bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt. Entweder die Zimmer sind fertig oder nicht. Die Zeit bis zum regulären Check In kann man sich in der Innenstadt gut anderweitig vertreiben...

Gute Lage, um gut überall hinzukommen. Check-in war etwas mühsam, da sich der neue Mitarbeiter noch nicht gut auskannte. Kollegin half, jedoch wurde über uns und nicht mit uns während der Prozedur geredet. Etwas mehr Orientierung Richtung Gast wäre gut gewesen. Im Bad hätten wir ein paar kosmetische Dinge erwartet. Zimmer wurde auch nicht weiter gereinigt oder aufgeräumt, was uns nicht störte, wenn wenigstens das Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt worden wäre. Das Zimmer war sehr groß: zwei Zimmer und riesiges Bad. Top. War wahrscheinlich ein Upgrade. Hatten das Standard Drei-Bett Zimmer gebucht. Es war sehr ruhig nach innen gelegen. Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung und immer ausreichend vorhanden.
