Park your boat in front of the Fishermen's Cottage! Screened in patio.

This is a Fishing Cottage right on the water. You are able to park your boat in front of the Fishing Cottage. A screened in porch with a table is attached to the cabin. There is a fish cleaning table for all those big fish you are going to catch! About 11 miles down the old beach road is a bird watching refuge for all you avid bird watchers. This Cottage is two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Living room has a sofa with a queen size pullout bed. Big screen TV and two nice size recliners for your enjoyment. It also has a desk with plugins for your chargers. Kitchen has all your necessary cooking supplies for those fantastic meals. Coffee is supplied. Refrigerator has an ice maker, stove has an air fryer setting for the oven. Shampoo and body wash are on hand for your use. There is no smoking inside the cabin, we have provided smoking receptacles on the outside of the Cottage and in porch area. There is a BBQ pit outside of the cabin. There are designated fishing areas to catch those big fish. We want your experience to be enjoyable, a suggestion box will be available in the cabin for your input.

Sabine Lake Haven

Great place to enjoy the south end of Sabine Lake and the Jetties! Enjoyed cooking steaks while the guys fished under the lights. We will be back again And plan to stay longer!

First timer Sabine pass

Wonderful time! Relaxing and adventuresome at the same time. Local guide put us on the trout and we enjoyed an amazing fish fry. Totally secure area. Way too nice to be called a fisherman cottage. We had a great time.

Quick fishing getaway

Enjoyed being in the heart of SPPA. Great location with a picturesque view. Fishing was good too. Enjoyed the beautiful layout of the cottage with all its newness. Thank you to our hosts for taking great care of us. Hubby and I can't wait to return.

Perfect location for our fishing trip!

The camp is located in the pass so was very easy access to the jetties or to the lake! Nice docking facilities right outside the camp too, although you still have to mind the big boats going through the pass, they will still get the boat rockin in the marina! We used bumpers and made sure it was tied properly and we had no issues. The camp was perfect for our group with all the necessities and was very clean! We used the outdoor grill and fish cleaning stations and they worked perfectly! We will definitely be booking this camp again soon!!!

We have been to this property multiple times. Super convenient for family fishing. You can walk out of the door and fish while cooking diner or kids play inside. Love this place. Management is great. Daughter left some jewelry and manager made arrangements to return the property.

Wonderful Stay!

This cottage on Sabine Pass has it all! We fished right outside the cottage, caught some reds and a few crabs. There is a place for your boat, plus this marina has 24hr surveillance in case we needed anything. The staff is super friendly too! The cottage is turn key, all you need is to bring your own food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

We had a great time! So convenient if you plan to bring a boat! Everything we needed including gas for our boat was just a few steps away! Watching the ships and dolphins is awesome. We saw alligators, wild hogs, caught 2 sting rays, and a cutlass. It was awesome!

Perfect place

The Fishermen’s Cottage is the best place to stay for fishing and crabbing. This place was amazing and the beds were to. My husband and two sisters came for fishing and crabbing and did not let us down. 125 crabs and black drums we are carrying back home. It had all the comforts of home right on the water. We have already booked again for August. Great great place.

Awesome location

Location was key since we were there with our boat. Ramp is located about 1/2 away from the cabin. Very clean and even offered some fishing at night under the lights. Screened in porch was great once the bugs started moving.
