This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers high ceilings and a fresh coat of paint throughout, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The well-appointed eat-in kitchen provides plenty of space for family meals. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and off-street parking for two cars.

Discover a location that can’t be beat. Enjoy a stroll to Huots Seafood, where live music graces most evenings, or savor a lobster roll at the nearby General Store. With a trolley stop a short walk away, exploring OOB is a breeze.
Linens are not provided. You will need to bring your own sheets (1 queen, 1 full) and towels.
Additionally, please note the main house above with private access is also available for rent. We kindly ask that you respect their 4 designated parking spaces and the shared use of the yard.

Each unit has its own BBQ grill. The firepit is reserved by guests of the main house.
