2 family cottage, combined to rent as one. Kitchen and bathroom on both levels, with one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Features a brand new, oceanfront, hardscaped patio. Enjoy breakfast with a view or spend evenings watching the sunset paint the sky in hues of orange and pink, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A path right from your doorstep to the sandy shores of Saco's Ferry Beach.

3 Bedroom: On the first floor , #1 has two twin beds. #2 has a queen bed, and a sleep sofa. On the second floor, #3 has a king bed, and a sleep sofa in the livingroom. Linens for the beds,and bath towels are provided.

2 Full Bathrooms: one on the 1st floor with tub/shower, one with a shower upstairs..

Washer & Dryer are located on the 1st floor.

Parking: 4, off street spaces.

This is a NO smoking and NO pet cottage.
