Enjoy this beautifully renovated and furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment just steps to Ferry Beach and walking distance to Camp Ellis. Take a walk on Ferry Beach or stroll over to the famous Huot's Seafood Restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Kitchen includes a new stove, refrigerator, double stainless sink with pull down sprayer faucet, stack-able washer dryer, microwave and counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware and all your cooking needs.

Living and dining area is open and airy with lots of natural sunlight with seating for up to four people. In addition, Dining table provides seating for up to four people. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 drawers below for plenty of storage for clothes. Full size closet perfect for hanging clothes and includes a small ironing board and iron.

Bathroom has a new expansive walk in shower, tile flooring, new sink and elongated comfort height toilet.

Apartment is above a heated garage and includes a private entry way and mudroom along with a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Outdoor area includes a patio, table and chairs with seating for up to four people, a new Webber Grill and grill utensils.

There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property. Please note the main house on the property is a year round home.

Beach Weekend!

This was our second time staying at this cute and comfortable spot! We love how close it is to the beach, the privacy of the guest space, and the kind/chill hosts. We hope to be back again!

Nice Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our dog. The property was clean and well organized. It was a short walk to the beach and had everything we could have needed for our short weekend getaway!

The Perfect Beach Apartment

The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. Great location. You can walk to Camp Ellis Store , Huots Restaurant and the beach. Easy to get in touch with the Hosts if you need anything. We will be back next year to rent for sure!!

Great Quiet Escape

Beautiful spot for two! The apartment was quiet, clean, and updated. We really enjoyed the location, and of course the lovely beach. Only suggestion is to add a sentence about beach access on the welcome note - easy to find but it would have been nice to have directions of where to walk!

Long-weekend get-away

This property was perfect for our Fri-Sun late planning get-away. We spent a day in Portland and a day at the beach. The apartment was clean and cool and easy walking to beach, general store and Huot’s Restaurant. We would definitely re-book when returning to the area!

Cozy End of Summer Stay Near Beach

Impeccably clean and small dog friendly garage apt. We enjoyed our long weekend at Camp Ellis. The apt was very clean and such a calm and peaceful ambiance. The decor/aesthetic is soft and calming. Bed is on the harder side (maybe a topper?!) but perfect place and would return.

Maine is my happy place & favorite place to go on vacation to. Melissa’s property stood out among all of the others that I searched. It’s in a great location close to the beach & general store. The apartment is beautifully done & so comfortable to stay in. And the grounds are beautiful & well kept as well. I very much enjoyed my stay there & would definitely rent again from them!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Melissa. Very nice welcome! Apartment is brand new and spotless! I got to enjoy the area which is very quiet compared to Old Orchard. So if your looking for a little peace, this is the place for you!!

The Perfect Beach Rental Vacation Property.

I had an amazing stay here! The apartment is lovely - exactly as pictured - and the outdoor area is private and shaded. The kitchen is complete and well stocked (bring your own seasonings and oil if you like to cook) and the outdoor grill is a treat. The queen bed is super comfortable. The shower is nice and big! The hosts are friendly and very respectful of your privacy. You can’t beat the location - just a few doors down from the ocean wall, and a quick 5 min walk to Ferry Beach. 10 min walk to Camp Ellis Jetty for more great views, and a parking lot that is a great spot to see the sun set. Ferry Beach State Park is nearby as well. I’ll be back!
