Newly renovated, oceanfront retreat nestled in the peaceful Kinney Shores neighborhood. Offering 136 feet of private beach frontage. This charming cottage is the perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. With sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, lighthouses, and miles of sandy beach just outside your door, you’ll find yourself immersed in the beauty of coastal Maine!

3 Bedrooms: #1 - one king bed, #2 - queen/bunk bed, #3 - queen/twin bunk bed. Linens and bath towels are provided.

2 Bathrooms: One bathroom with a shower, and the other off the master bedroom with tub/shower.

Occupancy Limit: 8.

Parking off street for two cars.

This is a NO smoking and NO pet vacation rental. (There is an additional pet form to be signed)
