This beautiful vacation apartment is a short walk (450 ft) to the beach and ocean. Has gorgeous, There is a large sun porch on the first floor, and also comes complete with a picnic table; and views of the marsh. Also available is a gas BBQ grill to entertain, relax and make lasting memories! Owner has provided Beach towels and beach chairs. This is an apartment unit located in a two family (owner occupied) home.

4 bedrooms (all ocated on the second floor): #1 - one king bed (master bath attached), #2 - one queen bed, #3 - one double bed, #4 - one double bed and one twin bed

Linen and towels are provided by the owners

2 Bathrooms (both on second floor): #1 - with a tub and shower, #2 - with a shower, adjacent to the 4th bedroom

Parking for 3 cars off-street
