Waterfront 5BR/3 bath in Camp Ellis!

This classic 5 BR/2.5 bath beach house offers the best of both worlds.  It's a 5-minute walk to Camp Ellis Beach and has river front views of the Saco River.  Have morning coffee on your private deck and watch the boats go by, then head to the beach for the afternoon!  Access to the Ferry Landing Trail is also directly across the street and is great walk for dogs and small children (a .7-mile loop trail through the woods).  Walk to the General Store, Camp Ellis pier, Camp Ellis breakwater, and Huots seafood restaurant!  Park your car and never leave this ideal location!

The first floor features a living room, eat-in kitchen, dining room, large front porch, a master bedroom with a queen (new in 2022), a master bathroom (with Tub), and a half bath with a washer and dryer.  The upstairs has 4 additional bedrooms, 3 have full beds and one has a queen bed (all new in 2022), and a full bathroom.  There is also an upstairs deck that has spectacular views of the Saco River.

Nice first experience in Maine

Nice location, walking distance to Camp Ellis and the beach, plenty of room at the house, walking trail through the woods right across the street.
