I've always had good experiences at Best Western, but this was a big exception. I rarely leave reviews, but people need to know not to come here. The outlet sparked and smoked when I plugged in the lamp. The sink was clogged and pooled water. The light in the bathroom was out. The coffee maker was missing. The TV remote didn't work. There was no hand soap, conditioner or tissues. There was garbage right outside our door, and people smoking all around the non-smoking facility. There was only one person working in the entire hotel and i was told our issues couldn't be addressed until she could leave the front desk, which never happened. We were told there were no more towels, so people would have to share if they needed more...at a hotel! There was yelling and banging on doors in the middle of the night. We were not given a refund or an apology.

my first room had no tv, then my second room had bugs coming out the toilet and bathroom. I called for towels and trash bags because house keeping never came by, i didn’t receive them until i called for a third time and it was over 2 hours later.
