"Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience."

"I had a wonderful stay with my dog. It was very peaceful, the neighborhood was always quiet. The space was modern with retro vibes. It was clean and the patio space is large. Also, it’s within walking distance of a brewery and other restaurants that are dog friendly. Overall we had a great time, I would stay here again. "

"Tom and Judy were welcoming and gracious. The cottage was perfect! Comfortable cozy clean beautifully decorated as a carriage house. Great location and tucked back behind a gorgeous old farmhouse. Definitely would like to stay here again. "
