The buildings look like apartments turned into a hotel outdated but the rooms inside looked remodeled and clean. Overall good experience. Not expensive compared to other places.

They let us check in an hour early with no extra fee. Beds were soft. Rooms were plenty big. Pool on site with lots of seating. Gym next door available for use. Breakfast bar was minimal. About a 10 minute drive from UC Davis and downtown.

Place was nice, bathroom was just ok, service was bad. Called lobby and asked for towels and nothing was ever brought up. We left for the day and nothing was cleaned. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience but I wont stay here again due to the staff service.

Room Was great and clean but check in was not great first I was initially greeted by what seemed like a AI person on a screen that didn’t even try and help. Before I said anything the person on the screen said no clean rooms available check in is at 3pm. It was 2pm by the way. We left and came back around 5:30 then had to wait 15 minutes for an actual person to help. Then there was breakfast on the first morning we got to the breakfast area 30 minutes before closing and all the food had already been put away. The second day we got there earlier and all they had was muffins, yogurt & coffee and not much else. It seemed like there was no staff anywhere. We loved the room but wish the check-in was better. I would consider staying again if they had more staff and got rid of the AI check in.

There were no live staff, there was just one kiosk check in for everyone to check in at 3 PM. They would not allow check-in before 3:00 pm so line to check in was long. Cleaning staff were there once every 3 days. Ask for more towels and pool towels when you check in. Only good was the rooms sizes were pretty decent.
