I stay here on occasion quite a bit. The staff is awesome, the rooms are clean, it's a convenient location, and I can relax. The hotel is currently under construction, but it doesn't really interfere with the stay.

Room drains were backed up with minimal water use. Had to spit our toothpaste in the toilet. Unable to shower. No extra blankets, coffee was very watered down. Only thing great was the girl at the counter when I checked. She was friendly and helpful

Stuff is amazing. Quiet and convient . What i didn't like is the odasady of some guest who park in fireman for hours and guests with puppies who allow their puppy to potty anywhere and then through their pee towls outside the door instead of throwing them in the trash. But no they are left with no consideration of other guest. If you are unable to clean up after your pet then you shouldnt have one

The property was ok, staff, rooms were presentable & updated but we noticed that the hallways & front desk floors need to be cleaned. Maybe it was a weekend, not sure the cleaners were gone. Also since there was a kitchen, the room smelled like soy sauce when we got in. Luckily we always bring room spray with us. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

We asked for extra towels they told us that we had to bring our old ones down and exchange them. The kitchenette was not stocked with silverware dishes cups. There was a small ice tray in the freezer, but we have no glassware to put the ice cubes in there is no ice machine on site so having the kitchen net was very un useful. Good morning breakfast was miniaturized danishes which is not a breakfast. That is a snack for a child.

I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. The floors were so dirty that my feet were brown after walking around, and there was visible dirt and grime on the walls and inside the bathtub. I also noticed cabinet trim that was coming loose, which made the room feel like it could use some additional maintenance. The beds were also quite thin and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and pleasant to interact with. I just wish the room had been cleaner, better maintained, and a little more comfortable, as that would have made for a much better stay.
