Comfy bed, clean, shuttle went very well, nice staff at the desk. Lack of gluten free options in food choices (even a frozen muffin would have been nice, or a gf granola bar instead of the non gf ones). If I'd known the McDonald's drive through was right outside the window I would have asked for another room, quiet at night but too early to be hearing the speaker in the am

Nice property located near freeways, Old Town, downtown. Rooms were clean, breakfast basic, jacuzzi warm. Surrounding area commercial. Worked well for our overnight stay.

The place is petting dated in terms of furniture and amenities. But the staff are welcoming and great throughout the stay. One recommendation I would give is breakfast needs more options. Only sweet packaged foods. There should be more protein and other options.

The location is a semi-industrial area with little in the way of amenities. The property looks visibly tired with worn carpets and worn paint. The housekeeping did an excellent job setting up the room folding the towels and toilet paper artfully. These are all things that could be overlooked in search of a good night sleep. Except... My side of the hotel was adjacent to an all night McDonald's drive through. The noise from the drive through ran the entire night making it impossible to sleep. The feel of the area was not friendly nor safe. Would not stay here again.

I loved my stay here, all the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly, the hotel rooms are nice and well kept. Though there is a lot of homeless people around the area and not more than 5 minutes after getting there we were approached by one out in the parking lot. Other than that it’s pretty much in the center of everything and would recommend to people who don’t mind the homeless.

We are traveling via mini van for Spring Break. We needed a place to sleep as we are on our way North. Being on the road for nearly 12 hours, we were happy to get a room within our budget. The facility was easy to find. It is close to HWY entrance. Walking into the lobby, the place was open and clean with friendly staff. The building is older but has currently updates. King size bed. Shampoo/Cond and soap available. Continental breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Check-out was a breeze. My cons I have for our visit are the super loud neighbors in the early morning (between 2-4am). I heard a lot banging down the hallway. It sounded like someone was having a confrontation or being under the influence. And the tourist fee (?!!!) I have never heard such as a fee to be a visitor to this particular city/county. Thought that was wild on top of the common tax.

The room deposit fee is $200 which I thought was a bit steep compared to other hotels. The shuttle also doesn’t run until 6am. Not the best when your flight is at 6:30 :(
