We had a family of 8 visiting Granite Bay for a wedding. This property was excellent for our 5 day visit. Well equipped kitchen, easy check-in, and very clean, neat, and comfortable accommodations. Great location and neighborhood.

Love this house!

Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house.

Bright & Quiet Space

The house was just as described. Very clean inside and out and the backyard was beautifully blooming in the spring time. My bother's teenagers enjoyed the room with the bunkbeds and everyone enjoyed the quiet house and neighborhood. Great neighborhood to go for a walk or just hang out on the patio in the back yard. Will rent again if back in the area!

Great house close to Folsom Lake

This house for great for us and some extended family and our kiddos. The house was clean, had a reasonable amount of kitchen items and the beds and furniture were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Family Gathering

Spent 4 days in Granite Bay celebrating my brother’s life. Lots of family and friends were in town and everyone loved the house that we had found on VRBO. Perfect location close to the Folsom Lake county park, grocery stores and where the memorial services were. Great backyard for bird watching and hanging out. Eli kept in contact with us the whole time. Easy check in and check out. Four cars fit in the driveway without a problem.

Great House

We stayed at this house while we were in town for a family reunion. It is a beautiful house, perfectly clean, and supplied with everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice towels. Loved the huge master bathroom. It also had a beautiful backyard, my kids loved looking at all the fruit trees. Easy checkin and checkout. I will definitely stay here again for the next reunion!

PerfectHouse for a Family

I was pleasantly surprisedwas very responsive and helpful to the queatio s we had at how nice the house is and by a) the thoughtful touches by the host. Water bottles, coffee pods, tea bags., snacks of small bags of chips were waiting for us when we arrived. The location was perfect for our family event. Spectacular location and place to stay

Can't say enough good things about this place. It is in a great location, accessible to so many places. The house is larger than we thought. We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby and never once felt crowded. The toddlers loved the backyard and were constantly running around back there thoroughly enjoying themselves. Even used the grill one night and ate outside enjoying the night. Already recommended it to others that have large extended families visit and need a place like this.

Easy Granite Bay, lake, airport, even the foothills.

The house was beautiful- very nice. Great location for Granite Bay, Folsom Lake, or even want to get to Auburn for some rafting (20 mins). 30mins to SMF. Property is pristine - with enough room for everyone to enjoy (even foosball and ping pong). 5 stars on the property. Sometimes you wonder if the pictures do it justice. Easily one of the nicer properties on here. Owner was great and made the process simple.

Great Family Time

We had a fantastic stay here and the home was so nice. It was a perfect place for our family to be together for a wedding we were in town for. We had 9 people which was just the right number. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Host was responsive and very nice. We were looking for printed info for the home but everything is done digitally. One item I mentioned to the host was the step at the front door. My parents tripped a couple times not remembering there was a small step down. The backyard is surrounded by trees which made for a very private area. All in all a great home to relax and enjoy our family time.

In town for a wedding

The house is a spacious home. Three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and the fourth has queen-sized bunk beds. Oddly, the main bedroom does not have a king-size bed. Between the kitchen table, dining room table, and the bar stools at the kitchen counter, there is plenty of seating to eat. The kitchen has what you need to make meals, and the refrigerator is large. Our family enjoyed gathering at the home. It was fun to play ping pong and foosball. The only downside was when we gathered as a family, we did not have enough parking, and you could not park on the street. We found a place to park around the corner. This is a home we will rent again.

Great Floorplan for a Larger Group

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had a group of several adults, couples and singles, which the room layout accommodated very well. Three bathrooms was a real benefit. Having two master bed/bath combos was great. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The BBQ had propane. It was perfect for our needs. When we accidentally left one of our personal pillows, the host contacted us and helped us reacquire it. Great communication and great setup. Thanks again! We hope to visit again.

Fantastic family stay in Granite Bay

Reserved this property as part of plans for an important birthday party. Family from out of town stayed with us, and multiple other family members from infants, young children, to older adults joined us. The house is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Weather was cold and rainy, but we used the outdoor grill twice. The ping pong table and foosball table meant the children were happy. It was a perfect large space for a "family reunion" kind of event. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms great. The primary suite is massive. Communication with the host was almost instantaneous. He was helpful and responsive to everything. We didn't have an extra kitchen towel, and a few hours later, a bag from Target arrived with 10 more! Would highly recommend for a larger family or family gathering. The only single downside is that the hard surfaces and high ceilings make sounds from every part of the house reverberate. I was extremely pleased with this choice of home overall.
