The unit is a 1br/1ba plus a bonus room/office with a couch that folds out into a bed. The unit comes with a private outside area, private laundry room, onsite private parking, wifi, 3 smart tv's, an unlimited Hulu subscription, dishes, linen, and all the nick nacks to make our place feel like home.
The unit is located in the happening Oak Park triangle which is known for its artisan cafes, craft breweries, shops selling art, books, handmade gifts, and clothing. Restaurants specialize in dishes such as gourmet tacos, organic veggie bowls, and southern comfort food. Indie art galleries host monthly after-hours shows, and the Gather Oak Park event May through October offers food stalls and demos, as well as live music. 10 mins by car from the heart of downtown Sacramento, 1.3 miles from UC Davis Med Center and 2.8 miles from Sutter Medical complex.
