There was no heat in the room and no sheets for the sofa bed. We had to wait 3 hours for the sheets, and no one fixed the heat even though they promised they would.

The room was incredibly cold, and there wasn't even regular drinking water. There was a glassed-in balcony, but there was a harsh draft. Another thing I didn't like was that I paid for the room and when I arrived they started asking me to pay a $100 deposit, which was even more than the amount I paid for a night at the hotel.

The room provided had no heat in 42 degree weather that night, Staff provided a portable heater that blew the electrical breakers. Staff was uninterested in correcting the issue, did not use the room for the 2 nights booked and no repose to refund request, This lack of action reflects very poorly on Expedia. Will continue to use them because this is only really bad experience i've had with them but so far poor response.

Property, parking lot,and pool were dirty. The carpets were hideously soiled. The room was for two occupants but we were shorted and wash cloth,,the shower curtain was torn and we had only one hanger in the closet. The drapes were stained and there was sticky stuff dripping down the back of the upholstered chair.

Average place to stay, but be cautious

Carpets are old, recommend people to wear slippers in the room. The hallway on the first floor smell like throw up. Outside had a lot of homeless homeless people in parking lot during the day.
