The staff and check in was a fabulous experience. The room was excellent and well appointed with nice extra's. I love everything about this place but the neighborhood gets really seedy after dark. So sad as this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in lately. But the dining is extremely limited and you don't want to walk outside the gate at night. But thank you to the owners and front desk clerk for being so nice, polite and accomodating. FIVE PLUS STARS for the staff. :-)

Tried to check in told me my room wasn’t ready had to wait for thirty minutes to get a room key. Felt bad for the front lady she was doing all the work trying to get check people in fast as she can. I don’t know if the other lady was the owner or not but she could’ve help her workers not sitting down watching people. Once I got my room key the night stand was dirty and outlets were loose my charger always came off. The parking lot was bad there was full I couldn’t find no parking at all.

Got there and immediately noticed people standing outside their rooms everywhere. Walking to the room, it smelled like urine and cigarettes. The room I booked was supposed to be a king size bed and the one we got was a queen and the room itself did not resemble the photos they advertised. I did not stay at this hotel and they are non-refundable property which is unfortunate considering the conditions of their property.

My husband and I booked this hotel after a concert. Biggest mistake! The location is horrible, a lot of homeless in front of the hotel. When we checked in the homeless guy standing outside the hotel when inside and was drugged out. Felt very unsafe. The front desk lady called for security to escort him out but security never came. She had to do it herself. There is a gate where you have to enter a code to access the hotel and the parking lot. When we opened the room a stench of filth hit. The room is outdated. The toilet seat was loose. The sink was dirty. Some of the light fixtures were loose as well. The room just felt nasty. When we checked out the next morning the gate to get out did not work, it would have been nice to be notified of that. Overall do not book here, although the staff was nice it is a very sketchy area and the room we stayed at was horrible.

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children we were guven one towel. When i asked for more towels they said that they were short of towels and offered me 2 more hand towels. The light in thr bathroom did noy work, again was told there was nothing they could do about it. The garbage cans were missing bags and there was not soap or conditioner in the room. The breakfast was very limited and cold.

Wasn’t terrible, better than I expected. Breakfast was good, beds were OK. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned better and all the toiletries were empty or almost empty. Homeless seeming ppl walking around all hours of the night and the parking lot has an idiotic layout! I’d stay here again if I needed to.

This hotel is not all it's advertised to be! Although the room its self was "clean" the outside and surroundings weren't the best. The "Garden view" room that we got overlooked the free way entrance.... not a garden. False advertisement at its finest. The area and other guests were definitely questionable and we honestly felt very unsafe at this property.

The person working the desk sat night 2/24/24 banged on my door and window like the police. The rooms have phones. If you need to contact a guest call. They made me move my truck. I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair all the handicap spots were taken. People were parked in the hash marks in between the handicap spots. But they made me move from the spot i was parked in so the security gaurd could park there. No signage saying I couldnt park there.
