Eagles Nest

We visited Eagles Nest from Milwaukee Wisconsin. This was our first time in the Tucson area and we were lucky to be Tony and Camille’s first customers. Tony greeted us at the driveway and gave us a quick tour of our place. The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful, well-kept and in a great location. Tony and Camille were great about leaving golf clubs, hiking sticks, brochures, guides and tips on what to do around town. Tony has many stories about hiking trails!!! Tony and Camille were quick to respond to our needs and a pleasure to visit with. Both Tom and I found the setup, location, communication and value to be exceptional. We would highly this place to anyone looking to spend time in Tuscon. Tom and Barb Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Fantastic

Beautiful property and views of the mountains and valley. Everything was very clean and well supplied with comfortable furnishings. Loved the extra touches of the candies and refreshments in the refrigerator it was extra special and very much appreciated!!! Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again myself in the future. Also enjoyed the stained glass instructions, and learning more about weaving from the hosts.

Great Location

We had a great time staying at the Casita in Saddlebrook. Camile and Tony are awesome hosts. Everything we needed for our stay was there. What a view from the patio! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great Location

This was my second visit and I will keep coming back. Perfect home base for everything there is to do around Catalina. Very quiet and private.. Hosts are welcoming and the Mountain View is gorgeous .

A peaceful spot

Hosts are friendly and welcoming and prepped the kitchen with starter necessities as well as a welcome surprise. You will immediately feel at home. Location is on a quiet street but easy to find. Comfortable and well appointed- perfect size for one person or a couple. A great home- base for any activities you have planned in the area. Restaurants, gas, groceries all very close.

Fantastic experience

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights at Eagle's Nest, a comfortable one bedroom casita. The casita is well-furnished with a very comfortable bed and nice bath. While there is no view outdoors from inside the casita, the patio in the rear of the home has an unsurpassed view of the Santa Catalina mountains with a small pool. There are beautiful plantings surrounding the pool and a couple of grills available for use. We spent a lot of our time there when we were at the casita. There are also a couple of nice chairs to sit in at the entrance of the casita. We're the kind of people who spend most of our time outdoors, so for us the casita--especially for the price--was a deal. If you are looking for interior views to the mountains or luxury, this probably is not, however, the place for you. We'd never been to Tucson before and had a great time hiking Sabino Canyon, Catalina State Park, and Saguaro National Park as well as driving up Mt. Lemmon. Lot's to do. What made our experience so fantastic were owners Tony and Camille, who were onsite, as well as their son Aaron, who was visiting some of the time we were there. You cannot meet nicer people. We spent one very memorable evening with them and two friends, their daughter, and boyfriend whom Tony invited to join us. Tony and Camille also offered a number of suggestions for restaurants and hiking; we wish we'd had more time to take them up and plan to return. For us, travel is about going to new places and making new friends. This more than exceeded our expectations.
