"The hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff could be seen cleaning throughout the day. The complimentary breakfast was both a time saver and also a money saver. The 24 hour fresh coffee was a huge plus for us. We have used this hotel for about 10 trips to Lancaster and they have never disappointed."

"The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. All of the common areas were clean and well-maintained. Parking was adequate and well-lit. The breakfast was wonderful with eggs, bacon, fruit, waffles, pastries, cereal and juice and coffee/ tea. The only negative was the bathtub in my room wouldn’t drain and there was 6” of standing water by the end of my ten minute shower and the strobe light coming off the smoke detector. I finally had to don my sleep mask in a very dark room to sleep. I brought the clogged drain to the attention of the front desk and they indicated they would pass it on to maintenance."

"We stayed one night after the Renaissance fair, my bad we were so far away from the Renaissance Faire LOL if you're going to the fair do not stay here cuz it's 40 minutes away. Other than that though I enjoyed the hotel and was comfortable everything was clean. Staff was super nice."

"Cleaning staff didn’t understand English and after being told not to clean my room cleaned it anyway and threw away a box with brand new mask for c-pap. No one spoke English when I checked out so hopefully they read this review and correct the situation. Made sense after i found out not English speaking that they cleaned the room but shouldn’t have thrown my box away with mask still in it"
