The staff at the front desk was very helpful and professional! And made us feel welcome! The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was very clean, and the water was hot with great pressure! Breakfast was yummy with lots of options! Quiet location! Safe, well-lit parking lot.

Fantastic stay, room was so clean, air conditioning was keeping our room cool for us, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! Would highly recommend the Belgian pearl sugar waffles, they were amazing! 10 out of 10!

It was a nice stay. I only wish the pool was cleaner. It was hot so a dip would have been nice but there was a lot of debris in there. Other than that it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Ice machine was useful. No issues with our room at all. AC was perfect. We will stay again.

Warm welcome and efficient check in. Beautiful quiet suite. Well appointed, comfy and clean, although pillows are a bit too flat. Otherwise suite is great. Lovely plentiful breakfast. Denny's next door for easy dining. We certainly recommend!

Avery greeted us at the front desk at 1030pm and she was bright, friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was MUCH better than your average hotel. The scrambled eggs actually tasted like eggs and were soft and the waffles were fantastic. The gym actually has gym quality treadmills, elliptical and bike (Matrix brand and they were the same ones as some in our commercial gym). They also had some dumbbells and a bench. I would have liked to see a multi-station pull down, bench, etc machine for a better weight lifting experience. Bed was comfortable and room was thoughtfully laid out. The only negative was that they didn't come in and change out the towels and make the bed. Nobody came into the room and we did not leave a do not disturb sign. First time I have ever seen that. When I asked about it at the front desk, they said that they only serviced every other day, but that he could call housekeeping. Very strange. I just picked up a couple of more towels with him as it was already late at night and I doubted housekeeping was on call then. Other than that, everything was good. This is by far the best place to stay in the Safford/Thatcher/Pima area.

1) Room was dirty - toilet not clean - litter in corners 2) Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - BUT my party had 6 guest rooms and we would've liked to have met in the unused conference room. It's incredibly stupid for the front desk to tell a guest (me) they can't use an amenity because Sales is off until Monday. Sales is never off in any company. Period. It wasn't staffs fault that there were kids running amok in the lobby - it just made sitting and talking impossible. 3) Breakfast on Saturday was excellent - imagine the disappointment on Sunday 4) Air conditioning was excellent. How you manage to keep rooms cool in 115f heat is beyond me. Well done.
