Sitting on a full acre on a private cul-de-sac with just a few homes and no through traffic, this all brand new 4 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom home boasts designer furnishings with local flair throughout, offering guests all the comforts expected of an upscale vacation home.


Beautifully finished and appointed home in Sag Harbor Village has a full park-like acre with broad manicured lawns, and mature trees. The backyard has all the bells and whistles for summer fun with a large 22 x 52 gunite pool, hot tub, and a deck with plenty of space. A classic front porch welcomes you into immaculate living areas; a living room with fireplace can be closed off with glass pocket doors and also opens to a rear deck. The chef’s kitchen features an island with sliding glass doors open to the deck from a breakfast nook and the dining room. A powder room, huge mudroom with washer and dryer, and a large attached 2-car garage are also on this level. The second floor has a huge primary suite with a sitting area and a fireplace, there are two additional guest bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Conveniently located less than a 0.8 miles to the Sag Harbor shops and eateries as well as the nearby beaches make for the perfect stay.
