"This was my least favorite hotel in Japan. It seemed like a very large convention type hotel that was very impersonal. It felt very cold and lacked the Japanese hospitality. The rooms were outdated and overpriced for what you get. The staff were not so friendly as we came to expect based on staff from the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. I think if you are coming to Tokyo, I recommend staying in Shibuya instead of Shinjuku. We chose the hotel based on the reviews. I was hoping to end out Japan trip staying at this highly rated hotel and was so DISAPPOINTED! I would have loved to end our trip at one of the other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto. I would NOT recommend Keio Plaza hotel. "

"Rooms are dated, cramped, and our bathroom constantly smelled of pee. Carpet and bathroom had a lot of stains. The lobby and staff are great, but the room was disappointing. We will not return."

"Easy to find, easy to check in, 2 mins walk from Haneda airport terminal 3, a lot of restaurants on level 1. Clean and meat. Staff very polite."

"There were some interesting shops nearby as well eating spots. I very much enjoyed staying in the capsule. Other than hearing the others around you lifting their blinds to get out of their capsule, it was a very interesting experience. "

"Excellent location in Shibuya & boasts a room with Shibuya crossing view! The hotel drop off is hard to find, even taxis had difficulty locating the main entrance, since it is within a mall. Not easy for guests with luggages to navigate their fifth floor lobby. The lobby was impressive & staffs were very helpful, friendly & professional. They are knowledgeable about places to see, eat & shop. True gems of this hotel indeed! Our room had a great view, spacious & provided wonderful amenities. However, for its price point, our bathroom needs maintenance. The basin is cracked, & the faucet had dark water marks around it. Moldy tiles at the bottom of tub, towards the drain needed to be deep clean, the drain requires some air trap since it emits some funky smell. "

"Excellent stay! The Knot was a great base of operations for our stay. Plenty of dining choices, local convenience stores, and a park across the street. A short (0.6 mile) walk to the train station made getting around Tokyo easy. Highly recommended."
