A very nice hotel with great amenities at a great price.. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and service is great. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the local area. As a foreigner in Japan, i highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side but it is clean and close to transportation and shopping. Lots of food options nearby and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

This hotel is a step up from the typical business hotel. The rooms are a little larger, thereโ€™s a proper chair for vanity mirror area, small refrigerator but adequate but it could be better by having a freezer, bed medium firmness so I enjoyed a little give in bedding, nice pillows and comforter. The hotel has a laundry room for self laundry which was convenient. The staff were all friendly and the location is nicely situated near the Sotetsu/Odayku JR lines. The room internet speed was average speed as well.

Great customer service and the beds are softer and much more comfortable than the typical Japanese bed. Very close to Ebina train station and LaLaPort Mall. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area.

The hotel is pretty close to Ebina station, and itโ€™s an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The room is very small, and the vanity is located in the open near the beds. It would be fine for one person on a business trip, but for two of us on a funeral trip, it was hard to get ready for the occasion. The staff was very polite and helpful.

A block from Ebina Station. Stores and markets next door. Many restaurants. Room has separate toilet, bath, and sink which makes it ideal for two people. Two large malls at the station.

I love how central it is to everything. 711 and Izakaya downstairs. Cheap super market right across the street on both sides. Close to Ebina Station, Lala Port shopping, OIOI department store, and many restaurants all around. Good service and very clean. The best part is their bathroom which is separate from the toilet and you can shower outside of tub. Love this place!

Great Hotel in Ebina!

Hotel Vista is the best hotel in the Ebina area. I stayed here a couple years ago. The hotel still looks new. The rooms are a nice size and the toilet is separate from the bath. There is a nice vanity in the room. I donโ€™t put my toothbrush anywhere near the toilet. The check in was efficient and I really like this hotel.

We stayed for a week. Close to train station, shopping malls, many different restaurant and 7-11. That was awesome. Breakfast was good we enjoyed every day. Room we stayed had no closet. Wish they add more wall hanging for purses/small bags. Overall we enjoyed staying this hotel.
