  • Come stay at this beach house on a private way, just steps away from Sagamore Beach. It's nestled between conservative wetlands and the Scusset Beach State Reservation. It's the perfect getaway for your family.

    Fully stocked kitchen w/ Coffee and Tea provided

    Dining area: Dining Table for 6

    Living room: 1 Sofa + Smart TV

    Bathroom: Standing Shower

    Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

    Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed, Single Twin Bed

    Spare Room with Roku TV, Washer and Dryer Laundry machine

    * Pets are allowed, maximum of 2 pets being less than 25 lbs each.
    * Beach does not allow pets/dogs during specific times of the year

    We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay.

I booked a last minute weekend getaway at the Cozy Sagamore House. The check in process was effortless and the house was sparkling clean and newly renovated so everything was brand new. The beach access is convenient and only a few steps away from the house. The hosts were super accommodating, personable, and very responsive. I felt like I was renting from friends of the family rather than strangers. Can’t wait to book my next trip back!!
