Guests have access to the entire property, including the massive private backyard and heated inground pool.

*Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children under 14 are permitted to use the pool without adult supervision. No running around the pool area is permitted. No diving. No Glass in the pool. No pets in the pool.*

*Use of hot tub is at your own risk. No children under 14 are permitted to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Women who are pregnant and anyone who has been drinking alcohol is advised not to use the hot tub.*

Our home sleeps 20 guests max - no more than 20 guests can be on-site, this includes daytime guests. We have a strict no party policy. Thank you for understanding
