• Rental agreement required: Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement after booking and before check-in.

• Exterior security cameras: Cameras are located outside the home for safety purposes.

• Restricted areas: The master bedroom closet, garage, basement and storage shed are not accessible to guests.

• No unregistered guests on the property at all times

• No smoking allowed on the property

• Absolutely no parties

POOL SAFETY NOTICE

The swimming pool is not supervised and there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving or running near the pool
• Guests assume responsibility for pool use during their stay

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of locked areas, which include the master bedroom closet, garage, shed and basement.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note this is a very quiet, residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac road. Absolutely no parties, loud music, or otherwise disruptive activities. We love our neighbors and want to respect our peaceful community. This is not a spring-break party house. There are properties on the Cape side for that. :) We want our guests to have a fun and relaxing time.
