Not a good place

Not a good place. No reception. One man who was obliging had to look after the whole place. He did not know about our booking. No one spoke any English. They did not seem to have the type of room we had booked. They offered a smaller room which we refused to occupy. Then we were put in a cottage and we were told to pay extra for that. After a lot of discussion with the manager who was contacted on the phone and later arrived they agreed that they won't charge extra. The cottage was not clean especially the bath tub which was dirty. The bed was hard. No proper food was available and so we had to go out and eat. On the whole very disappointing for the price we paid.
