the room itself was very clean. However common areas like the hallway, stairwell and lobby were dirty and stained. The ice machine was broke down. I arrived late in the evening (nearly midnight) and had to call the hotel over and over, as well as knock on office doors to find an employee bc no one was at the desk. I checked in online prior to arrival but it was pointless; I had to do it all again upon arrival. To my surprise, the room, bed, and shower were very clean. The room was spacious, the shower was hot and towels were clean too. The hotel was a very cost effectively place to rest for one night during a 13 hour trip - it fulfilled a need - but it felt sketchy and a bit unsafe overall. the continental breakfast was sad and picked over with very little options. Morning staff was much friendlier than evening staff. location was convenient, right off of highway.

Clean room. Quiet. Only one loose tub stopper in the room. It didnt fit tub or jacuzzi. Water drained out when trying to use it. Water was barely tepid! jacuzzi 1/3 full and water went cold. Same results in sink and shower. Ice machine in my hall non functional. Would've had to go to the lobby for ice. TOTALLY SUCKED! Very disappointed as I checked in late after a long exhausting day! DEFINITELY FEEL I GOT TAKEN FOR A BUNCH OF EXTRA MONEY 💰 SINCE IT WAS LACKING SO BADLY. But 11pm at night not up for waiting another half hour in the lobby to see if theyd help me changing rooms.

Found smeared blood stain on both sides of the bathroom door in our hotel room. We left right away and the hotel manager had the audacity to tell Expedia that I never informed the staff and that I actually stayed the whole night in that room… also found dried stains on the bed sheets and comforter with a broken lock to the sliding glass door in the back…

When we pulled up to the place, it looked like it was abandoned. They didn’t have no air in the lobby. The grass was as tall as a three-year-old it was just really bad but I guess you get what you pay for

The property is just beside the highway, so very convinient. Has a gas station & KFC adjacent to it. The room size was big, clean and had a porch. We had a initial hicup with the microwave and fridge not working but was attended immediately by the person at the reception. Breakfast had waffle, bread, apples, yogurt, milk and coffee. They accept the deposit amount (100 USD) in cash. Overall our 2night stay was good for the price we paid.

Where to begin. We had to call on the phone to get someone to the front desk at 4pm. The room was absolutely terrible. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The walls were scraped up with large gouges in them. The couch was ripped and darkened with wear. We were given another room which was the exactly the same other than the sheets were ok. Baymont Wyndham needs to evaluate this place.
