Staff was fine. Location was fine. Hotel lobby was fine. Room was only superficially cleaned. Sticky bathroom tiled floor. Black mold on bathroom exhaust fan and shower ceiling. No hot water. Thinnest towels and blankets we have ever experienced at a hotel. Hardly anyone staying at the hotel on a Friday night. I understand why. Avoid! Avoid!

We had to switch rooms because there was what looked like blood in the hot tub and in the shower,there was hairs inside the tub as well and on the bathroom counter,the wallpaper was literally falling of at one part and there were random holes in the wall,the sheets had what looked like cigarette burn holes,the heater no matter what you did shot out freezing cold air, and the mini fridge smelled of rot, staff was great

I’m not sure what was going on in Saginaw this weekend but a lot of the hotels were booked so we ended up booking the Ramada. It was a quick check in process. Front desk gentleman was polite. Room was clean and spacious. Zero complaints with my stay here.

I am giving this a 5 star because this hotel is clean, quiet, and everything I needed. I had read the reviews to know that it was dated and there was road construction around the area. I was traveling for work, and could not justify the price tag of the "modern" hotels when all I needed was a bed. For an older hotel this was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again.

From the outside it looked like an abandoned hotel. The carpets in the room felt kind of nasty, we wore shoes. But it was fine. Decent enough location. The staff was pleasant.

We were traveling from Texas to Saginaw. We were exhausted. The facility was not the best on the outside, but the inside was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also edible. I believe it’s safe to say that our overall experience was excellent. Thank you!!

Property is dated but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Lighting was dated and one bedside lamp seems like it needed to be repaired. The layout of the hotel is very strange and the breakfast room was not very welcoming but it was fine for one night.

Please do not stay at this property. The smell in the hallways is awful, the room was dirty, the breakfast area floor filthy and poor offerings. Staff was nice, no problems there. The building needs to be shut down and remodeled, you'll realize this the moment you walk in. Choose other hotels.
