Custom home located on over 50 feet of lakefront property on Lake Pend Orielle. Home has a private dock and new amazing patio with gas grill built in.
Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are downstairs along with the gourmet kitchen (including 2 wine fridges for you to stock), dining area, living room with a fireplace and a new 75' 4K Smart TV and laundry room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, bathroom with double sinks and large steam shower, second living room with 55' TV and wet bar. Loft space above the living room has an office space as well as a new queen sofa bed with a twin trundle.
House is located near 'The Long Bridge' for easy access to downtown Sandpoint by foot, bike (2 are in the garage) or by car. Two great restaurants are located next door (41 South and Shoga Sushi).
Home is only minutes to the base of Schweitzer Ski Resort.

Loved our stay! House was spotless, very well stocked. Beds were comfy! Location was great for us because we were frequently going to town. Loved outdoor space lots of seating.
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and the homeowner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in Sandpoint.
The house and property are very well taken care of. The highway noise can be heard from the property and at times indoors. With that being said, the noise does not takeaway from this beautiful home and amazing view.
Noticed on a couple of the beds the linens appeared and smelled used. We ended up washing all the bedding.

great lakeside vacation for my family
It's our first time to Idaho and we're blessed to have chosen this lovely house right by Lake Pend Oreille. Conveniently located across the bridge from Sandpoint, we had cruise on the lake, joined the slow-paced life in the historic town, shopped in the farmers' market, even went to a musical in Coeur d'Arleen. And of course, the area is perfect for a runner like me.
The owner keeps the property in great condition, with plentiful provision of kitchen stuffs, impressive audio-video equipment, neat garden and dock. We stayed in the house most of the time, enjoying the relaxing lake view and good weather.

Nicely Appointed Lake House with Great Location
Our family get together needed to move from MT because of the forest fires, so we only had a few days to find a rental. So glad this one was still available! It was absolutely perfect for 4 adults and two kids. Loved the layout and being right on the lake with a nice dock. I was pretty worried about the traffic noise since it's the closest house to the main bridge. It turned out to be fine -- you don't hear it at all in the house, and when you're in the backyard the sound barriers help some, and then after awhile it's just background white noise. Very convenient to be able to walk to the restaurant 41 South, and a nice jogging route is to continue west on Lakewood. Kitchen was great to cook in -- all the herbs, oils, etc. we needed, plus extra gadgets like a wok, juicer, food processor, and Vitamix.
