Had problem with tv , call front desk which he had fix but the problem came back.
So pass the night with tv on.
We got the beat rate room which was rooms they would give teadesmen. Ir waas situated in the back. It was clean but felt the mattresses were old. The phone also did not work and we had problems with tv
This auberge was good value for the money. Nice view of the river from our front door. We were there during the long weekend. There had been a wedding reception in the main building. Beer cans were not cleaned up until Monday. I'm sure it was because they were short-staffed. Everything was nice and tidy by Monday.
Probably best to ask for a main floor room unless you don't mind a lot of exterior stairs.

The temperature wasn’t good to us, room was very hot at nights had to open the window & door during the night. Other than that room was good & clean
The hotel was clean although I did notice that some areas were a bit outdated. However, it’s evident that the owners are making efforts to renovate which is commendable.
The service was excellent! A warm and welcoming staff. They make you feel right at home and their friendly demeanour was much appreciated.
My only minor concern was that we didn’t always receive coffee pod refills and accessories unless we specifically requested or fetched them ourselves.
The food at the restaurant was good and service just as good.
The hotel has a lovely homey ambiance. The fire pit area outside on the lawn is a wonderful extra. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy lunch, read or take in the surroundings. The view is just absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset.
Kudos to one of the owners - Vincent! His continuous presence on site and interactions with guests made the experience even more special.
I would recommend this Auberge.
