Sonesta Hotel hotels in Sahara Desert, Africa

We had a wonderful time staying in the Old Cataract Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, excellent amenities with very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying there if you have a chance.

Superbly situated hotel, close to the pyramids complex and a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, even helping us replace luggage which got broken in transit! Airport transfer went very smoothly. A special hotel and great experience. Only minor drawback was the noise from the street outside at times could get noisy.

This was the warmest and most professionally courteous welcome upon arrival at a 5-star hotel I've ever received. As well, restaurants were exceptional. I rarely dine in hotels but this was a must.

Amazing. Just a bit expensive
