"Great stay in a lovely hotel. Great location and room. No bedroom window but that didn’t bother me too much as at least there was no exterior noise. Would have been even better if they could provide breakfast, but the hotel is located above a circle k convenience store and only a 5 min walk to a supermarket so not too problematic. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to walking street for nightlife. "
"Service was outstanding: the bellman/security staff and front desk team were all extremely courteous and caring.
The location is fantastic, nestled between the vibrant nightlife of Bui Vien Street and the iconic Ben Thanh Market. With everything within walking distance, it was easy to explore local food spots and enjoy the convenience of the area.
Overall, an amazing value-for-money stay: quiet, convenient, and filled with thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again and rate it a...
"It was surprisingly clean. Room was small but it was on the cheaper side so that makes sense. The room on the top floor was actually amazing. It had everything and it was big"
"PAY ATTENTION!! SCAMMERS!! We paid a not-refoundable reservation at this hotel, but when we arrived they pretend more money to give us our room!! Unbelivable, never happens in my life, stay away from this scammers!!! "
"Great place to stay if you're looking for a good location and not fussed about having great facilities. Value for money for the size and condition of the room. "

"Special mentions at Club Lounge for Ngan, Annh, Nam and Quincy. Uyen is one of the best . The Cuban band at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar and Theo the manager there is extremely talented. Tri from concierge is also helpful."
"I loved this hotel. It’s built in the 1940’a and has old world charm with an updated amenities. My room was the executive site and it was like an apartment. Shopping was all around it and the staff were extremely attentive. I loved it here "
"GREAT HOTEL
We are travelling all over SE Asia & this hotel has been one of our favourites.
Very convenient location for exploring Ho Chi Minh city. Stayed here 5 nights, August 2025.
Lovely looking hotel, efficient/friendly staff & great variety of food/different each day for breakfast (and a delicious free dinner). I also loved the free cocktails and potato wedges every night (not expected). Pool at top was good; had loungers/towels. Great views!
Comfortable beds, free waters/toiletries/teas etc, fridge, & a clean room.
This is the only hotel that has actually shown a real effort to cut down on waste to help the environment (e.g no plastic bottles but instead used clean/refilled safe water in glass bottles).
Near bars/shops/restaurants & we used cars or walked to all the places of interest. Felt safe area.
We each had a free 30 min feet/legs massage too: good but a bit more physical than have had in UK!
Finally, I would especially like to thank a member of staff: Linh Pham. His English was good and he sorted any problem I had immediately. He’s the friendliest & most efficient person I have met on our trip. Every time I was waiting for a taxi, he would bring me over a cup of tea whilst I waited.
THANK YOU MR LING AND ALL THE KIND STAFF FOR A GREAT STAY! "
"We been staying at New World a few times before. Over all staffs are very helpful. Specially this time one of the boy at the door area can speak Mandarin English and Vietnamese. 👍👍👍"
