Upstairs, which is air-conditioned, there are four additional bedrooms: - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190) - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190), one of which has a baby cot A mezzanine with games, books and a desk, along with a bathroom featuring a corner bathtub and separate WC, complete the upper floor. The enclosed private garden allows children to play safely. The covered terrace naturally extends outdoor meals beside the private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.10 m to 2 m – open from May 10 to late September), secured by a fence. A pool house with shower and WC makes life around the pool easier. A play area, relaxation spaces and generous interiors make this property ideal for extended family holidays or stays with friends.
