This semi-detached village house offers a private, enclosed courtyard with a garden and a terrace with pergola. There’s covered parking for 2 cars. Upstairs, you’ll find an air-conditioned living room/kitchen, one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The attic floor, also air-conditioned and reached by a spiral staircase, has a large games room with a ping-pong table that converts into a pool table, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a bathroom with whirlpool bath, sauna, steam room, walk-in shower, and separate toilet.



Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Bed linen provided and cleaning included.



From June to mid-September, you have access to a covered pool (6 x 12 m) 150 m away, across the road, shared with other rentals, guest rooms, and a small farm campsite.
